Felicite Black


Felicite’s experience in the health sector spans more than 30 years. Initially training as an RN, Felicite moved into management and leadership two decades ago where she has built an extensive management experience in both for profit and for purpose organisations.

Felicite has held senior roles in private health insurance, private hospitals, specialist medical practices, aged and community care, occupational health, youth mental health and suicide prevention. In 2016 Felicite established her management consultancy business specialising in supporting health and community services organisations to respond to the changes arising from consumer directed care in an increasingly competitive environment.

Felicite has been a non-Executive Director of Ocean Gardens Inc. since 2016. Prior to this she served as a board member at Primary Care WA and Huntington’s WA. Felicite also acts as a patient advocate to state health mental health service quality reviews.
